STAGE TWO: Producing the event

 

The real work begins after the team has been brought together.  Partnering with you we will develop the vision of the event and ensure that vision carries through all elements of the celebration.  Incorporating those elements most important to you, the event will begin to take shape.

 

The day-to-day management of the event will be supervised by  Experience,  freeing you from the mounting anxiety involved in planning an event.  Meetings with us will ensure continuous exchange of ideas and answers to all your questions.

 

 Services we provide include:

§   Development and Clarification of event vision

§   Personalized planning schedule

§   Attendance at all meetings

§   Formation of detailed event timeline

§   Review of timeline with all vendors

§   Continual communication and coordination with vendors

 

Coordination with vendors is the most time-consuming aspect of event planning.  We will ensure all vendors are committed to the planning schedule and detailed timeline as well as clarify all details and ensure they are completed for the event.  Your team must be managed and having Experience do that for you will enable you to enjoy the planning process.
