Autumn Wedding

Pruyn House

Loudonville, NY

We brought the rustic elegance of the Berkshires to the bride's hometown by combining autumnal touches with modern sensibility.  After a traditional Christian ceremony the guests moved to the Pruyn House property.  Once there the guests were treated to acoustic jazz on the lawn.  Children were encouraged to run through the fields and everyone knew the celebration had begun. As the schoolhouse bell rang, the barn doors were opened to welcome the guests to dinner. Inside the barn, guests were greeted with long tables covered in burlap & silk, copper lanterns hanging from the rafters and glowing grapevine wrapped around the perimeter of the barn.  Carved pumpkin tealights covered every surface.  Guests enjoyed a lavish dessert buffet under the stars, a gourmet coffee and dipped fruit station in the manor house and caramel apples for the ride home. It was a sweet ending for all!
